프론트데스크, 편의점 다 친절함 편리한 부대시설 이용이 제일 장점 청소요청하면 즉시 해결해주기는 함... 오랜 세월감은 청소가 잘 되면 해소되는 부분이지만 청소..가 아쉬움 두번째 방문이었고 세번째 방문의사 있음ㅋ

設施較老舊，前台沒有中文接待，也不能英文接待，而我們入住期間中國遊客非常多，酒店餐廳和客房有不少講中文的服務員，為什麼不能安排到前台對接中國遊客呢？韓國的前台和其他工作人員感覺很冷淡，從來不跟酒店客人問好，一般臉拉的很長，實在難以理解。酒店便利店也奇葩9:30-16:00不營業，夜裡12點關門前營業員還催促顧客，早餐差還貴，客房衞生堪憂，設施看著不規範，來過韓國幾次，這個sinsin酒店服務是最差的。強烈向大家不推薦。

酒店真的超級好，訂了池畔房，出了屋子就是泳池，孩子們愉快了玩了兩天，有早餐，品類還可以，就是屋子稍微小一點，中餐和晚飯，酒店不提供，不能單點餐，一層cu晚上五點才開門，吃東西要出去買，就是這點不方便

벌레가 나온다거나 악취가 난다거나 하진 않았지만,, 객실 내 에어컨은 너무 오래돼서 청소하지 않은 곰팡이 곰팡가 나서 처음에 틀 때 역했어요. 화장실은 오래 청소하지 않은 느낌이 났어요. 타일 사이 곰팡이 끼어 있고.. 서비스나 시설은 좋았습니다. 특히 수영장이 있고, 비치타올과 무료 튜브가 아주 좋았습니다. 위생에 신경쓸 필요가 있어 보이고 에어컨 청소를 하시든지 바꾸든지.. 좀 하셔야 할 듯. 위치는 제주 시내도 아닌.. 애매한 곳입니다.

The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate.

제주시에 노형수퍼 인근에 위치 다소 오래된 시설이나 여름철에 1층수영장 이용가능하니 가족단위 이용시에는 가성비 좋을것 같아요

+ the location is about 20 minutes away from Jeju airport so it was convenient. ~ There's a swimming pool, but we were told it was close until after we leave. And last 2 days there were people in it - First of all when we arrived, we were not greeted or anything. We were given 0 informations about anything. The woman at the counter named "Yu ****** H." had a rude behaviour and wasn't helpful at all. We were told the cleaning ladies would come back the next day but they didn't so eventually after a lot of complains, we had a new room. But the efficiency of the staff and the rudeness of the staff wasn't a pleasant surprise.

제주여항첫날 방문하고 투숙한 호텔입니다. 신신호텔 제주여러곳에 분포해있더라구여. 신신호텔은 로비.룸,조식 모두 만족스러워요. 청결상태와 컨디션 모두 합격입니다. 재방문의향있습니다.

아이있어서 온돌방 선택했는데, 바닥 콘센트 다 빠져있고, 화장실에 비누케이스 없었어요 룸 바꿨는데, 쓰레기통 깨져서 절반은 없고, 드라이기 헤드도 없더라고요 방충망도 뜯어져있고.. 화장실 때도 많아요
